Supporting and encouraging others is what I was born to do. It is clear that God placed me in the center of eleven children to begin this practice early. My countless mistakes--lessons learned, love and appreciation for people, Faith, stories, creativity, health and business have come together and completely reshaped my life and my lifestyle for this, "the awesome back side of this earthly journey."-CJNP

Carroll lives in Houston, Texas. She is beyond grateful & humbled to be the mother of her amazing son, Houston, and her incredible daughters, Alice Carroll and Mary Pat. Carroll also claims lovely Kate, her daughter-in-love, and is (the adoring!) 'BC' to her magical littles Merritt and Jane. She looks forward to also claiming two wonderful gentlemen, Eric and Ford, as her sons-in-love soon. As an ultrapreneur, Carroll has been very fortunate to have success in real estate, banking, marketing and is Co-Founder, with her husband Jeff, of CAM Construction & CAM Care Home Services. Together, with an incredible Team of talented professionals and wonderful customers, these companies are thriving successful enterprises.

She is also the owner of 'Untreated & Unleashed' Conversations with Carroll (the podcast), One of Eleven Productions, LLC and 3rd Floor Studio.

Carroll interviews entrepreneurs, ultrapreneurs, creatives -- gen z to baby boomers -- who share their stories with courage and faith, in order to connect, unite and empower others.

She loves God--Father, Son & Holy Spirit--Family, Friends--great conversations, laughter, walks, being near or on the water, music, dancing, and is happiest when connecting people that she knows will benefit from meeting each other.
