Carroll Patrizi is the Founder of SURRENDER The Movement and Host of the Conversations with Carroll Podcast. Carroll believes in Father, Son, & Holy Spirit. She believes in education and connecting with others through stories. She is told that her God-given gift is, encouraging others to embrace and grow their God-given gifts. This is a calling she embraced early on as one of eleven siblings.

Based in Houston, Texas, by the grace of God, she finds joy in her family, friends, her teams, clients, and community. She emphasizes the importance of personal development and a positive impact. As an ultrapreneur, she has thrived in real estate, banking and as co-founder of CAM Construction and CAM Care Home Services with her husband. Carroll founded One of Eleven Productions, and hosts the "Conversations with Carroll" podcast, where she connects with diverse personalities to share their inspiring stories and connect them with others globally.
