This is a calling she embraced early on as one of eleven siblings. Based in Houston, Texas, by the grace of God, she finds joy in her family, friends, nurturing meaningful relationships with her teams, clients, and community, emphasizing the importance of personal development and positive impact. As an ultrapreneur, she has thrived in real estate, banking, co-founding CAM Construction and CAM Care Home Services with her husband. Carroll founded One of Eleven Productions, and hosts the "Conversations with Carroll" podcast, where she connects with diverse entrepreneurs to share their inspiring stories.
