The Art of a Meaningful Life

The Art of a Meaningful Life

I recently had the deep honor of joining a powerful group conversation on The Art of a Meaningful Life, titled Redefining Success in a Meaningful Life. Hosted on the beautiful platform of The Art of a Meaningful Life, this special episode brought together an extraordinary circle of women — including Melissa Heathers, Liz Goll Lerner, Liv McBride, Kazemaru, and myself — to explore what it truly means to live a meaningful life. It was a conversation rooted in depth, wisdom, and sisterhood.

Together, we explored presence as perhaps the truest definition of success. We talked about health and longevity, service and mindset, intuition and the unseen spiritual realm — what it means to live with “one foot in each world.” We shared about turning darkness into transformation, reclaiming power over chronic disease through lifestyle medicine, and the subtle but life-changing shift from saying “I am” to “I feel.” Nature emerged as both teacher and healer, and love — steady, grounded, unconditional love — became the ultimate measure of success. There were goosebump moments. Lightbulb insights. And the kind of connection that reminds you you’re not walking this path alone.

If you’ve ever questioned the hustle-driven definition of success and longed instead for wholeness, peace, gratitude, and impact — this conversation is for you. This episode reflects the heart of the podcast: creativity, compassion, curiosity, and connection as a way of life. Presence is the practice. This is the invitation.

I would love to know: what does success mean to you?
