International Women's Day Summit

Each year on March 7–8, Mission Accepted Media—led by the dynamic Deb Drummond—hosts the International Women’s Day Summit, a powerful two-day virtual event that gathers women from around the globe to celebrate, inspire, and connect. As part of the 262 Women's Summit Series, this quarterly gathering uplifts women’s voices through authentic storytelling, community, and actionable wisdom. This year, I was thrilled to be able to speak.

Launched in 2023, the summit has quickly grown into a global movement, featuring speakers from over ten countries—including celebrity guests and the incredible “Women of GUMPTION.” These presenters share their personal missions and life lessons, shining light on themes such as freedom, fairness, education, joy, and empowerment.

What sets this summit apart is its accessibility. With a pay-what-you-can registration model and the freedom to drop in and out, the experience is intentionally designed to meet women where they are—financially and emotionally.

In tandem with the summit, Deb Drummond also released the latest volume ofMission Accepted: 262 Women Entrepreneurs, Ultrapreneurs, Creatives & Media Rock Legacy & Tell All—a bold and inspiring collection of stories from women blazing trails across ten countries, which I was thrilled to be a part of. Together, these initiatives are more than just events or books—they’re part of a growing sisterhood rooted in empowerment, inclusion, and transformation.
