I’m Featured Alongside Bruce Lipton in MSP News Global

In case you missed it, I was honored to be included in MSP News Global’s special feature, “Frequency Changes Everything: Bruce Lipton and 24 World-Class Experts Share What You Must Know Now.”

Read the full MSP News Global feature here

About the Feature

The feature, curated by Mark Stephen Pooler, CEO and founder of TMSP Agency, opens with Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D., the epigenetic science pioneer and bestselling author of The Biology of Belief. Alongside him, 24 experts share how awareness of our thoughts, emotions, words and choices can shape healing, leadership, relationships and human potential.

To be included in this collection of voices is a true gift, and I’m so grateful.

What I Shared

Each contributor answered three questions. Here are a few highlights from my answers.

It started with a cartoon

When I was three years old, I watched a cartoon about a little girl learning about good and evil. When she spoke kind words, flowers, butterflies and rainbows came to her. When she spoke unkindly, awful bugs and strange creatures appeared. That image stayed with me.

Over the years, through personal development and then neuroscience, I came to understand the power of pairing our thoughts with our words, and the importance of awareness, intentional thinking and the subconscious. One of my favorite verses says it beautifully:

“The words of the reckless pierce like swords, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.”(Proverbs 12:18)

You can change your frequency

Many people believe their frequency is fixed. You can create the frequency you desire. What we think, say and do again and again is already shaping our stories: our relationships, our physical, mental and financial health, and our futures. The lives we’re living reflect the frequency we’ve created.

Start with our children

Looking ahead, I’d love to see frequency taught in schools from an early age. It could help heal childhood trauma, spark a love of learning, and build new neural pathways during a critical season of growth.

When children learn that their thoughts, emotions and words matter as much as what they eat, they begin to understand what whole health means. They become co-creators of the world around them, and that kind of awareness creates generational change.

Thank You

Thank you to Mark Stephen Pooler and the MSP News Global team for this invitation, and to my fellow contributors for their wisdom. And thank you to each of you who reads, listens and shares. You Matter. Your Story Matters.

Keep the Conversation Going

Take a moment today to notice the words you speak, to others and to yourself. They’re shaping your story.

Thank You, Father.
